Speed and Quality

We will not be beating on speed and quality, due to being true specialists and having extensive existing networks, we delivery 3-5 qualified local candidates, within 48-72 hours of assignment. EverHire are also to provide case studies and references from over 50 happy, repeat customers.

  • The first step of our process is an in-depth advances qualification with hiring manager(s) and/or key stakeholders.
  • During this our consultant will understand the business and project needs along with the technical requirements, utilising EverHire’s job qualification process.
  • We will then curate a recruitment strategy based on the information gathered, along with a basic employee value proposition.
  • There is no ned for our clients to spend time creating job descriptions as EverHire will curate this from our job qualification.
  • Lastly we will agree a SLA for the recruitment, this includes when profiles will be presented, dates for interview process and finally when the position will be filled.

To insure the highest standards of EverHire’s service, our consultants perform a two stage screening process for each assignment that we work on.

  • 1st Stage) EverHire’s consultants use our networks to create an initial long list of pre-qualified candidates, based on the technical background of the candidates. The pre-qualified candidates will then have a 1st screening to ensure a value match between candidate and client.
  • 2nd Stage) All candidates who pass the 1st screening stage will then have an in-depth technical assessment to ensure they meet the technical requirements of the position.
  • The final shortlist of 3-5 highly suitable candidates will created and delivered to the hiring manager(s) and/or key stakeholders in-person or via Microsoft Teams by our consultant, they will give a detailed summary of why the candidate has been presented along with taking and answering any questions.
  • All CV’s are formatted into an uniformed and easy to read format, highlighting all key information. Along with a bespoke summary highlighting the interview notes from EverHire’s two stage screening process and key findings.
  • EverHire arrange, book and manage al interviews, saving crucial time for both our clients and candidates.
  • Due to our in-depth process and quality of work, nearly all of EverHire’s clients remove the need for 1st stage interviews. Given the amount of time hiring managers typically spend on pointless 1st stage interviews, this represents a huge saving of both time and cost for our clients.
  • Following each interview, EverHire deliver prompt and detailed candidate feedback  to our client, this is submitted within 24 hours of interview completion.
  • Once a candidate has been selected EverHire work closely with both Candidate and Client to agree a package and start date that is acceptable for all parties.
  • EverHire will have already ‘Pre-Closed’ the candidate based on the parameters given to us during our Advances Qualification process, meaning the candidates acceptance is more a formality than a large scale negotiation.
  • To ensure longevity of the recruitment EverHire provides an aftercare period of 12 months.
  • During this we manage the candidate through their resignation are their current employer, to ensure a smooth departure.
  • We then have feedback meetings with the candidate at the first week, first month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 month marks. This feedback is provided to our client.
